Who we are

Last Sietch is an unofficial fan community, run by volunteers, that hosts private servers for Dune: Awakening, Conan Exiles and Enshrouded. It is free to join and free to play on. Tips are optional.

Not affiliated with Funcom or the Dune rights holders

Last Sietch is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Funcom, Legendary Entertainment, Herbert Properties, Keen Games or any other owner of the games or worlds we host. Dune, Dune: Awakening, Conan Exiles, Enshrouded and their names, logos, art and in-game content belong to their respective owners. We use them only to describe the games our community plays.

You still need your own legitimate copy of each game, and the game publisher's own terms and end user license agreement still apply to you while you play on our servers.

Community rules

Our server rules are part of these terms. Be decent to other players, follow the rules for the server you are on, and follow the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when you are in our Discord.

Using the player portal

You sign in to the portal with your Discord account and link it to your in-game character. When you use it, you agree not to:

• sign in as, or link a character that belongs to, someone else;
• share your account or hand your sign-in to anyone else;
• scrape, flood or automate the portal or its APIs, or try to get around rate limits;
• probe, attack or try to break into the portal, the website, the game servers or anything behind them;
• exploit bugs, duplication tricks or mistakes in markets, transfers, deliveries or rewards; report them to staff instead;
• post harassment, hate, threats, spam, scams or illegal content in portal chat, reports or listings;
• sell, trade or advertise in-game items, currency or accounts for real money.

In-game items and currency

Characters, items, currency, bases and anything else in game have no real-world value and are not your property. Portal features such as markets, transfers, deliveries and rewards are offered as a convenience. We may adjust, roll back or remove in-game items or progress to fix bugs, undo exploits or keep the servers fair.

Staff action and account termination

Staff can warn, mute, kick or ban you from a game server, the portal or the Discord, and can unlink or disable a portal account, if you break these terms or the rules, or to protect other players or the service. We will usually tell you why, but we do not have to give notice first. You can stop using our services at any time and can ask us to delete your portal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

No warranty

Everything here is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. Servers go down, wipes and rollbacks happen, game updates break things, and features may change or disappear without notice. We do our best to keep backups, but we cannot promise that your progress, items or data will never be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Last Sietch and its volunteers are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of in-game progress, items, currency or data, arising from your use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Our own content and social accounts

We post videos and announcements about our community to our own accounts on platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. If you believe something we posted uses your content or shows you in a way you object to, email us and we will look at it promptly.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the community and its services change. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will also post a notice in our Discord. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the new terms.
